10. STORE PICKUP

Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be canceled at our discretion, and any apprWe are not responsible for delays in order preparation or pickup availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, inventory discrepancies, severe weather, governmental actions, public emergencies, or other Force Majeure events.

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
